Does not work for me. When I select Data\Get Data\From Other Sources\Blank Query, Excel freezes ("Not Responding") and it never opens the Power Query Editor.
Thanks for video. I have one question. Can you explain why one time I see the option import data "From PDF" and after few minutes this option is missing?
When you load the PDF, you should see a list of all the tables inside your pdf. From there, you can select multiple tables you want to load. In this way, you can import all the tables in your pdf.
@@joycechong613 Thanks did figure this out. Tried doing multi select and then appended similar tables to create the consolidated data. Please LMK if there's faster way of doing the same?
Hi. I believe Power Query comes in handy for your situation. Try to search 'combine multiple tables using Power Query' in TH-cam. Hopefully this helps.

You showed us how to import one page. I have a PDF that is a big table that spans 13 pages. How would I import all 13 pages of the big table? Please let me know ASAP
Hey you should be able to import all 13 pages using the same method. You should be able to see all the displays of the 13 tables of your document after you finish the steps @4:15. You can select whatever page you want to load from there. Hope this helps!

Hi, the steps are very clear but it doesn't work for me. After i pasted the formula, no table generate. I tried to change 1.0 / 1.2 as well, it just didn't run. I am using Office 365 :(

While Trying this formula I am facing this error➡ Expression error: The name 'Pdf.Tables' wasn't recognized. Make sure it's spelled correctly.
You may check if any spelling is not correct and make changes accordingly. I believe it is related to the spelling of your words.

Can you combine all your separate pdf files into one? Then you can proceed to use the same method using the combined pdf file.
