Great to mention the Flapjack Loyd..... after Ultra training I've been racking my brains ... running distances on Tailwind and no jells I still felt quite hungry.... so been carrying solid food for a change and FlapJacks too!!!

Mountain races tend to have bigger kit list because conditions in the mountains cam change so quick. Obviously if this was a standard trail 30k you wouldn't need to carry so much 👍 Thanks for watching 🙏

To be honest I don't think 6mm lugs would have made any difference in conditions like that, it was crazy 😳
