I love Google Docs so much more because multiple people can work on a doc at the same time, you can share it by sending a link to your client, and for me it's so much easier than word.

You'll get faster with time. I also set time limits on my writing. How long I spend on figuring out my headline and how long I'll take to write each section of my copy, etc.

Freshbooks is a great option for accounting, invoicing, and project management. There are a lot of tools out there, but it’s best to keep things as simple as possible. Thanks for watching!

I admire your enthusiasm, personality, coaching, and optimism. But being more realistic that it won’t work for most introverted, less social people, for example, would be sooo helpful to know initially. You do mention it’s basically not like being a traditional writer, but it’s more sales, marketing, leads, and social media connections, etc than writing. Copywriter, even just as an occupation/job title is misleading. A disclaimer that first and foremost one really needs to be more like the typical sales person, manager, business owner, entrepreneur, etc for this to be successful would be very helpful and highly recommended . Otherwise some people get excited, like myself, then realize it’s not going to work, or not be anywhere near as successful as it is for more social, business/sales, web savvy people. Not just lacking optimism, but lacking the fundamental personality and views on business and sales that seem foundational or critical to this even being plausible.
Being a freelance copywriter is being a business owner and entrepreneur. But it's not like being a typical sales person or manager. Copywriters mostly work alone and a lot of us are introverts. Hiding behind your computer is one of the perks. Your writing speaks for itself and potential clients will see that with your cold emails, website copy, and portfolio pieces. So there isn't much "selling yourself". Most client interactions are via email. I truly think that this career is accessible to anyone whose willing to learn and practice the skills.

As a graphic designer, I found Gimp to be a nice photoshop replacement.
ChakraW that’s what I tell my students to use. Photoshop although it’s a great piece of software. The fact that you can’t own it drives me nuts. Lol

What is the brand of the blue light blocker?
The brand I use is Swannie Blue Blockers. They absolutely help my eyes and I recommend that anyone who works at a screen all day try them out.

People generally focus on video sales script or VSL (video sales letter).
