I have travelled in VRL from Bengaluru to Ahmedabad. Great and accurate in time service.
Sir ji outside its look good but inside the staff suffer so much beacuse of 12hours duty no OT, no big salary, only penalty and taurture so he take good name from staffs

I have delivered my household goods through vrl logistics from Bangalore to Odisha on 2nd December 2019 but as of now I am not getting my goods. Due to Corona I am not able to come Bangalore. Logistic service needs to be improved.
First off all staffs coz they behave like SBI staffs. And timing and quality is also worst.
I have very bad experience of this courier service. They don't give prompt delivery and neither they inform you that they have received the parcel. They charge you for unloading the parcel at their center and loading the parcel in your vehicle. Very poor service.

We have to appreciate him because there are very less people in that buisness made profit. There were many fleet owners in Mangalore . Now all of them diverted from this buisness. Eg. CPC, KTC, shankar Vittal, Ballal motors, Bharath motors excetra.

I have also booked my household articles from Bhuj(via Gandhidham office) on 19/12/2022 to be delivered at Talegaon Dabhade(Pune) under insuarance of Rs 50000/-.Though the conerned person at Gandhidham told me that the consignment within 4-6 days I have not received my consignment even after more than 1month.On repeatedly follow up either that person tells me that it will reach tomorrow or just not answering my call.The company has not issued me bill for my payment.I have also sent an e-mail to their head office but no response so far.I have also relied on their fame & publicity.But being such a big company they simply ignore their customer's grievences.In future I will not recommend anybody asking me about services of this such a well-known,largest &famous company.
