Installed A High Quality $30 10” Dark Smoke Windshield On My 2016 Harley Davidson Street Glide

What’s up everybody. In todays video, I will be installing and reviewing a high quality but low cost 10” dark smoked windshield that I bought off eBay for around $30 on my 2016 Harley Davidson Street Glide. Similar windshields through Harley Davidson or other name brand companies can cost well over $100+ and labor is even more. I will also be replacing the factory windshield bolts with Kuryakyn spiked bolts. Save money and do this yourself.

I have the same windshield on my 2019 ultra. I bought the bike brand new an replaced with the 10 in.it’s still going . As of today . Absolutely love it .

Nice shield and price . I have a Road Glide 2016 . If my shield looks as good as yours and I pay $10 .00 who can complain about that . Thanks for sharing

I bought one of these cheap $30 Chinese windshields, when looking through the shield it's like a 60's acid trip. A lot of distortion, very cheaply made , you get what you pay for !

I never had an issue with any I bought but your supposed to look over a motorcycle windshield not through them.

Occasionally you have to look through the windshield, when it's so distorted it's as if you have macular degeneration that's poor quality. I have no distortion looking through my Harley stock 10" windshield and Freedom shields have no distortion.@@DieselLegiance

I do really like it. It looks awesome. No issues. I am tall so seeing over the top is fine. If I try to film a video though the windshield blocks the view a little but I also have a 7” tinted windshield I use too.

I am looking to purchase that exact windshield. the link is no longer active. i have a few harley brand windshields and a few of the off brand. i havent been able to find a knock off that fits as well as the one you are showing. is there a brand name to this one or another link available ? thanks...

The light smoke is the best looking. The dark will be dangerous or suck in night riding.

Depends on the height. You look over the windshield not through it. I’m tall and look over so it never affected my view.

@@DieselLegiance I have never liked looking over the windshield. Always liked looking about an inch under. Just different for everyone. I am 6'2. My trike has the stock ten inch. I did change it and kept the ten inch. I bought the slightly tinted HD windshield.

@@DieselLegiance ya u can. But half thos windshields don't drop in like one u got. They not curved enough. And push on fairing bolts. It's all over internet. Most people just don't know better. Big gaps
