Great video, with good tips and possible gotcha's identified. As another commentor noted it would have been nice if you showed some footage of the actual removal and replacement in order to show some of the problems we would face in those steps. From the looks of things, for us as home mechanics all the steps and tools you used are what we would have (or even less). But it would be good to see so that we can be better prepared for any challenges we may have to face - for instance the maneuvering the strut to get it in/out of that tight spot. It looks like from how you described it's like millimeter gaps to slither the strut in and out of the wheel well. Thanks for the great video! I'm waiting for my struts to arrive.
I have a 2001 Corolla which I changed out the struts on. If I had to do it over again I would have kept the OEM coil springs and just did the extra work to mount them on the new struts. The aftermarket springs don't even come close to the quality of the original Toyota springs and the ride has never been the same since.
Did you notice the ride height change with the quick strut you bought? Used the complete setup before on another car and ride height was considerably higher!
how such a friend I have a similar car is corolla 2000 used the translator to translate comments but in the video you can't translate it to me you could put Spanish translation in the videos thanks to me from Mexico

Yea, just skipping from BEFORE to AFTER doesn't make me feel too good either.

You should show the actual removal and installation of the parts rather than only giving instructions.
