You've picked quite a few consumer discretionary plays (tourism, autos) during a period where the US and subsequently ROW is likely to fall into recession. While these are among the most aggressive sectors to position into during market upside, its exactly the opposite during times of dampened economic sentiment.

Not sure if Yinson is a great call - you need to factor in the fact that a decrease in economic activity will equate to a decline in prices - that will seep into day rates. That is exactly what we are seeing presently with OPEC+ supporting energy prices by cuts into daily production. Not a ton of floater project sanctioning right now with most of it being very large units where Yinson struggles against SBM, for example. Agree that wider commodities - particularly copper, nickel, gold and cobalt will have upside. The firm intends to roll its debt, not necessarily pay it off but keeping an eye on interest rates as you mention is critical because you will see it directly in the firm's interest expense.

Buy them like regular stocks via brokerage. I personally use rakuten
