This is currently my favorite potato recipe. It’s a bonus that it also has asparagus. I’ve made it many times but the last time was truly exceptional!!! I’ve used both russet and Yukon gold and with the latter, it was next level!! It also reheated amazingly in the toaster oven for 5mins at 415. It tasted like it did when it was first done, which I was shocked bc with previous versions, that wasn’t the case. I look forward to trying more of your recipes!!
