Just went for a fitting. Tried all of these plus about 5 other brands. The Darkspeeds were by far the best for me. I love the light feeling and found the face control to be brilliant! Now I need to explain the big -$1300 from the bank account to the missus.
I did the same, and the clear winner for me was the Ai Smoke. So weird how different clubs work better for certain types of swings. Was fitted for shafts, too, and that also made a noticeable difference.
Just bought the AI smokes last night but you have me rethinking of going back in the morning and testing the darkspeeds. I wish I would’ve put em in my group to test yesterday.
I understand calling 8-9 irons “scoring irons”, heck maybe even a 7 iron to some. But calling the distances you hit yours “scoring positions” that’s quite impressive! If I’m out 190 yds, hitting the green is a mayor success 😂

Why are you using an 8i for the Qi10 vs a 9i like the other two and then a 4i vs a 5i ? Why not apples to apples. This to me is misleading information when you're using different clubs to test distances.

Exactly.. my observation and confusion as well.
That was curious, is it because the lofts are similar? I always read that the TaylorMade were stronger lofted so I'm scratching my head on this.
