Bought this Moto after doing my due diligence. Got it delivered and after the first day it no longer works. Getting an error code 15. Local bike dealer is saying Pedego has received similar reports. Come on Pedego, after spending over $4k on This e-bike I expected more. When is this issue going to be resolved? I have a $4k e-bike that doesn’t go sitting in my garage.

Update, still upset with Pedego corporate, but love my local bike shop. Drove to my house and swapped out my controller and display using parts from another Moto they have for sale. Went above and beyond. Very appreciative. The error code might be caused when updating to Class 3. So word of advice to anyone buying a Moto. Keep it on Class 2 until Pedego corporate figures out the issue.

Hello from Pedego Canada. We are very glad to hear you got your Moto back on the road with such great service from your local bike store. The Error 15 on the Moto has popped up in a very small number of bikes in the US and Canada and has been solved with a replacement LCD in almost every case. Just an FYI, a system communication error and shouldn’t be related to any bike settings.

not really a big fan of this bike because the way it looks I like my zm and prefer it better but it’s still a cool looking bike even though I don’t like the design of it in my personal opinion
