yes you are right when you coil its at the hips and when you extend the arm its out not behind HOWEVER what i realized is if your run up is completely sideways then your pull through line will be a V shape out in and out again and we want a straight pull through line not V shaped.. the fix is to lead your run up with your scapula and as you coil youll notice a straight pull through and also helps the brace leg too.. it will change your aim from 12o clock to 10o clock basically meaning youll aim more left now.. this helped me get from 500ft to 600ft on flat ground just a xstep no run up!
That’s the problem with this form you make it hard to thrown angle sensitive shots. None of your anni shots were anni. Your trying to pull through to fast and muscle memory takes over. Slow is smooth and far. You have good power and timing just slow down and watch the magic!
@@Ashtonegood you had some good pointers like extending outward not backward which you assume stops rounding "it doesnt" it does give you proper whip action tho vs tug of war haha
@@Ashtonegood i went through this exact process.. Dan Beto right pec drill 2.0 , all the drills but only when i noticed how Anthony Barela leads his run ups with his scapula area not his shoulder and notice his reach back is perfectly straight and boom that was the key.. i say it all out of pure love!
Thank you for the pointers I appreciate it! Recently I’ve been focusing on just throwing 450-480 and be very consistent. and slowing my run up and everything. which has been feeling good 😊
You're really crushing it - keep up the great work!
Thanks! I appreciate it

@@Ashtonegood watch some of Gannons older videos on form u will be surprised!
your arms are veiny thats why you throw far
🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️😂
Didn't really teach anything. Didn't really learn much other than you throw far. Good for you kid
I have more of a detailed video. This video was just a quick short one
