Hello from the US. I live in a rural area five miles from a small town of 5,000 people. There is a McDonalds in town and when I order food, I could use the app or the drive-through, but I order inside, in person. I do this because our McDonalds tends to make mistakes with orders, and I like to be sure that I am getting what I pay for! Once in a while, I will order a sausage, egg, and cheese burrito for breakfast, and it is so tasty!
Thank you for sharing your day, and I wish you peace.

It is interesting to see your daily routine. I think this is the biggest thing that stops you from change, is the consistant routine, it can also be hard to break routine when you have done it for so long, but it is about progress, not perfection, maybe try not having ramen once when you would normally have it, and slowly build on top of that. Eventually you will build a new routine of not eating ramen so often.
Here in Australia, you can certainly order macca's using the app, but i would say it is less popular than ordering at the counter, or through a drive-thru.
I can't wait to visit Japan, the food looks amazing!

Konnichiwa Samurai Daddy. Another nice clip. At McDo in Romania people order on touch screens which are a bit everywhere in the shop. I very rarely eat at McDo, but sometimes I buy a breakfast bun with cheese and ham and 5 hash browns, one to eat and the others for the freezer. Yes, their hash browns are delicious. Sometimes I make at home and load the freezer, but it so handy to just pop out and buy them. I have a McDo 3-4 minutes from where I live in Bucharest. Yes, breakfast at McDo is the best they have, I am grateful too. In Fukuoka where I lived most McDo´s were almost empty all day and night. Matsuya, Cocos Curry, Mosburger etc packed.
Great pork cutlet set menu at the price, it is good stuff! I want vinegar on the cabbage.
No, not all nail clippers are the same, not even in Japan. I have a pair of very precise scissors of amazing quality, Japanese. They are still sharp and perfect after +20 years.
In Taiwan it always rains, I have never been to a country where there is an umbrella shop on every corner. But it is a great country with great people and food.
The Chinese char siu is excellent, it is made with some fermented red tofu. No such thing as ramen poisoning :-)) Greatly appreciated clips, arigato!

I loved Japanese football games so much in my youth-Winning Eleven was amazing! Kaka, Cafu, and Kewell-those were the best times! I'm shocked that Kewell coached F. Marinos. He was one of my favorite players at the 2006 World Cup, and the old part of F. Marinos, the Yokohama Flügels, were my favorite J.League team because they were the only team with a German word in their name.
Of course, I was much too young and only learned about the Flügels after they dissolved, but what a coincidence about Kewell and F. Marinos. I should follow the J.League more!
For now, I marvel at Real Madrid's crazy team... but I hope they transform into their ultimate form soon!
Stay strong, my mate. You're doing great with your videos. Greetings from Berlin!

Oh! You know Yokohama Flugels! That's amazing!
When I was a student 20 years ago, I played Winning Eleven with my friends from night to morning. I was excited by the header of Germany's Bierhoff.
Soccer is mysterious. For now, Real Madrid before Mbappe joined is stronger. But I expect Real Madrid to become even stronger from now on.
      Thank you for your comment.

First time watching you. Interesting. My husband makes his own breakfast and I make lunch and dinner for him. Lunch is easy as it's mainly leftovers from dinner the night before. He has fruit and yogurt for dessert after dinner or sometimes just fruit. We try to eat mainly healthy for our health. He takes home baking for snacks to work. He also has dark chocolate at his home office to nibble on and nuts. Thanks for sharing 👍

I've struggled a lot with my weight too. By your provided info it looks like you’re well within the BMI healthy score, which is good 👍
I have to work out a lot every day and count every calorie to not gain weight. In my country (Brazil) noodles are common but usually deemed as not-so-healthy 😬 but I love them, we don't have liquid sauce within the packaging we have to buy soy sauce apart. Within the package usually comes a chicken or beef powder. I try to focus my diet on chicken breast and lots of vegetables though.
I loved the fact that you even took apart the plastic cover from the bottle before throwing it out, from what I know Japan has very strict rules about litter. Cheers and I really enjoy these vlogs

Hello Samurai Daddy! Watching from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I found this video very interesting, even though we live in the other side of the planet, I also have a very similar 1:30hs commute to work, through bus and subway or sometimes train. The big difference is that when I go to the office I try to get out of it as soon as possible to go back home, but I don't blame you either, Tokyo looks fantastic, I wish I could visit sometime. Good luck, thanks for sharing your day man!

It is said that the cost of living is expensive in Japan but the cost of your breakfast and dinner is not much (about 1/2 the cost of my meal in USA). Also I was told that Japanese office worker often go to drink with their co-worker after work but you choose to go to retro center to play games after a hard workday and prepare for long train ride home

    • @mikaellarsson7932

When it comes to buying food and also go out to eat Japan is cheap compared to Europe and the US. But one has always have to check the prices before entering a restaurant. A lot of fish, seafood, meat and vegetables can be bought at half price towards 7 pm in supermarkets.
I have known a few salarymen in Japan, most try to go home after work, but if a boss wants drinking company they can not refuse. It results in missed trains, capsule hotel and hang over the next day. New white shirt and socks from 7/11. Now from what I understand Samurai Daddy is better placed than many salarymen and more disciplined.

Can you add a link to the restaurants you go to in the description. I will go to Tokyo for business, and some of the food looks delisious. How would you pay if you visited from abroad? Is Visa credit card usable? Should you get a local card to fill up with local currency?

In Japan, most cities with many tourists accept credit cards. I think it's fine to have a credit card and some Japanese cash😊. I don't think it's necessary for local cards in Japan. Please refer to a travel guidebook just in case.

I think eating ramen for your supper is a way to reward yourself after a long hard day at work. There is nothing wrong with that. But if you want to give it up, you will need to find another way to reward yourself, andcthen your mind may find it a bit easier to acceot.

Very interesting life. You must have lots of discipline. The only thing I suggest you research in order to lose weight and become more healthy is the link between sugar and seed oils to obesity. My wife lost 25 lbs when she stopped eating sugar filled products and ramen. There is so much evidence that links unsaturated fatty oils, to cancer. Believe it or not, natural fat, from meets, like pork or beef, can be good for you. They are used by the brain from cholesterol. The highly processed food is the worst. I know you're a very busy guy, and I don't want you to feel bad, but the American diet is causing an epidemic of chronic diseases; mainly from diabetes. Luckily you do a lot of walking, to burn it off, but as you get older, if you keep eating like that, your metabolism will slow and you'll get heavier from fat.

Is your life what a typical Japanese male goes through. Eating meals out, separate bedrooms? You should cut down on the ramen if you want to lose weight as it has a lot of sodium which raises your blood pressure too.

Thank you for watching my video! I'm very grateful that you write a lot of comments. There are many different types of people in Japan. Some people go out drinking instead of going straight home.

I don’t want to be rude.
Why do you get back home so late after work?
You sleep apart, you eat apart, like if you were alone, a single.
    No interactive relations.
    Are you married?
Do you only share a house with a woman and her child?
There is no shame to tell us.
Your answer would be really appreciated.
    Have a good night! 🌜

Hello, I have some free time so I decided to watch your videos that I haven't finished watching, by the way, excellent outfit, very cool and in addition to mentioning that you are very tall, why do you mention it at the end of your video, I think that with As time goes by, you see that we gain and lose weight but as long as we are healthy we can achieve anything hahaha I'm drinking coffee and seeing what you have for dinner and I'm looking forward to it hahaha I realize that in your country they don't have WhatsApp, well maybe it's another application but Facebook and Instagram are the same or does something change?❤❤

Do salary men still meet at yakitori after work for light snacks and drinking. If you’re still doing that, please explain culturally why that is important.

Thank you for watching my video! In today's Japan, there are fewer opportunities to go drinking with colleagues or superiors after work. The intention was to build relationships by communicating outside of work. However, recently, young people, especially those in their 20s, tend to think that such opportunities are a waste of time.
