You seem like a good man. You work, help out at home and even have the smallest bedroom out of the three of you. Good that your wife cooks healthy. We do too. I am on Mediterranean diet and lower carbs. Recently though i have gone from 54 kgs to 56. I am in my fifties so it's ok i guess. I feel better for eating healthy. We grow some of our own vegetables.
