BBC Breakfast invited Chris and Zoltan on the sofa to discuss the second series of Channel 4's Emergency, which follows the minute-by-minute decisions that trauma teams make to treat the most serious cases: from life-saving interventions at the road-side to A&E critical care, and from cutting-edge surgery to painstaking rehabilitation.
Chris is a consultant orthopaedic and trauma surgeon at Imperial College Healthcare and one of the specialists who treated Zoltan after he was admitted to St Mary's with severe crush injuries - and supported his painstaking rehabilitation.
