- My Buddy hasn't done much crafting or painting in the past 10 years... so it's time to drag him back in! I went to Canada to visit Dave at the MWG Bunker, and I got him to do a painting challenge with me!

I really enjoy these collaborations between MWG and GTH.
I declare that the next vid I make will be a Christmas song, no solo, with a brand new microphone and audio recording hardware. I will cheat with autotune until it's good, if I can't perfrom.

Group Painting sessions are a great time. I try to do a weekly one with my friends, as it helps clear the many piles of "grey shame" I've gathered over the years.

Mmmm... Pro Acryl... I designed a FDM 3D-printed 6x6 paint rack you might like. Now that I think about it, I probably should make a 'simple how-to' video showing the process... LOL.
and I just have to say, it was amazing getting to meet Brent at Adepticon. He's one of the kindest, most humble and down to earth people I have ever met in my life. Like, I'd question if he's an avatar or scion of the God Emperor himself. Hope I get to hang out again next year. I really should stop neglecting my channel goals.

I had to look it up- apparently it's an "impact 3 section articulated arm" There's a clamp on one end to attach to the desk, and on the other end I have a ball head camera mount

Do you remember what specific colour you used for the jade armor on the dwarf?
jade from pro acryl :-) it pairs nicely with their "bright jade" as highlight and "dark jade" as shadow

I have a question. Have you used cuttlefish paints? There glazes are supposed to be amazing. If not, how would you make glazes and which range would you use and what else? thank you.
I haven't had a chance to use them yet- In general glazes can be made by thinning down any paint, but the purpose-made transparents are gonna be a bit easier to use. have fun!!! :-)
@@GoobertownHobbies thank you. What do you think of the AP fanatic range? As I watched one of their promos I saw you in the frame. I have bought a bunch of their paints this year: box set air paints, boxed set of speed paints 2.0 and a mega set I gave away as a Christmas present
@@steveisaak4320 the fanatic range is a MASSIVE step up from their current warpaints. on-par with a lot of the other good brands of paint out there... I'm curious to see how the release goes! :-)
