Can you play with 5 defenders,5midfielders and five attackers and still have 1 extra player?...sounds crazy right? With no pro experience, not even a single coaching course,I knew i was up to something but did it as a hoby and finished it 5years ago.......But now im 1001% sure and enjoying every moment as i see someone doing it in the epl without anyone noticing Someone change football forever
Welcome to what i labelled 5man formation in my theory
      ......intro
      Stones,Rodri midfield sounds familiar?
      Back three lets assume Walker,Dias,Gvardiol
      3_2_3_2
5 players as attackers 5 players defending
Pep is not fully finished so instead of risking he is working it in pieces so that no one will suspect,
      Defence
4 out of the back five plus goalkeeper(example of those pending needs a sweeper keeper )as group defence,The other defensive mid(rodri)is the link up player between the two structures
      Attack
This part consist of 3players and 2 point men
But 2 of them are only there to manipulate opps hold the ball draw as many players off their position you dont need wingers but with zero wingers that means there will be too much work for the back 5 so you have to make them stay marking you ...If you never realised go watch benardo,Grielish or doku again,You will see them channel and fool not only the full back but awkwardly turn towards the mid to draw extra players,as an oposition you have no option if you dont mark them they have great ability to use that chance
the only active players are the other three foden and haaland to score and kdb to create,
But incase that dont work, you go to plan A
Wonder why pep is obsessed with false 9?
Because thats the best option and pep has already finished project alvarez
Lets start with benardo and grielish same role draw fullback and any extra mid,put your false nine between them, the two point men are also drawers, instead of scorers you need two fast players who are wingers but act as a striker to make the 2 centrebacks concentrate on them thinking they marking striker giving the wingers to draw them far apart as possible without suspicion creating gap for the false nine to easily find unmanned position to run and finish balls..........to prove this take ateam using 4.4.3 position and see how effective and superior for instance your 3 forwards players marked by 5 defenders so its easy to build from the back if one of your player dares to come forward then the equation at the back is unbalanced and i have a better chance to go for an attack,Rodri work is read when every opp is in where he is wanted to be,then Move the ball to the forwards for execution
      Pros
Only 8 players are needed for whole season as the back five, comparison liverpool had 9 backline but still had injury struggles
Yet with only ake, stones, walker gvardiol, akanji, diaz, kovacic, rodri, nunez played through whole season 8 players in 5 position
Creates easy versatility in players i.e it was easier for gvardiol to play at the left part of back three rather than leftback in back four, its easier for walker to play at the right of back 3 rather than a traditional centerback
You can easily change a game without sub
I.e stones drops back and its a completely different game,
The is no overload on forward to make back and fourth runs to defend as that part is handled
Enables your fullbacks watch the game from good view wait for right time to make a forward run thus avoiding reckless runs,Thats a huge energy conservation

Gone are the days where you train discipline, fitness and mentality and tell the players to go and play. Now the opposition coach is detailed and has a plan for every occurrence. Capello is the same type of coach as Southgate. Sure their abilities are different but their approach is similar. They don't do tactics. They don't study different scenarios and different responses in games. Look at how Graeme Souness describes his coaches... They didn't even coach.

He regretted his treatment of Beckham at RM. Having heard about inquiries from other clubs he dropped him from the squad. The senior players approached him to defend Beckham and request his reinstatement. Capello said that he was extremely impressed with the attitude of Beckham and his complete dedication towards training and overall professionalism, and on reflection he had some regrets for the manner in which he handled Beckham. He had a preconceived idea that he was more interested in his own celebrity status than his football career. He couldn’t have been more wrong.

Just on Ability on the ball he’s not wrong, unfortunately that’s not the only metric when it comes to the greatest footballers of all time conversation…
In terms of making the most of their ability (even if it is not strikingly out of this world) for achievements for the team, trophies, contribution to teams trophies etc… Cr7 is only topped by Messi
