the vampire girl part fits so well with what the actual song is singing that it legitimately makes the song better, it’s weird hearing the original one without hearing “kyuuuun!”
Honestly I think the "kyun!" is the part that ruins it. Everybody seems to think the high-pitched voice is cutesy but I just find it annoying. Otherwise yeah it's smooth as hell.

It's called pop because it's short for popular, and as such it's not uncommon for top-chart artists to literally find and use algorithms to use most of what people are already listening to and build not _on_ that but _out of_ that.
