      Lingaraj did you do these asanas? How many days you did these asanas what is the result? How you know this helped what is size of your prostate before doing these asanas and what is size of your prostate after doing these asanas. Did you take abdominal ultrasound and what the ultrasound revealed. Please reply .waiting for your reply.

      @@venkataswamyparagati9548 Dear Venkata Swamiji, Ultrasound records are: 2nd July 2022: Prostate 130 cc, Prevoid 500 cc, Postvoid 250 cc. 12th Aug 2022: the corresponding figures are 120, 350 and 130 cc respectively. I am M65, do regular asanas, pranayama, occasional gym, swim, run. I add Amitji's prostate asanas: regularly earlier, slackened meanwhile, again starting to do regularly. Excellent feel. I also take homoeopathy medicines.
      Previous to July, prostate was even larger, though I cannot access the record. Now I am away from Bangalore.

    Continuing this practice with great success. It is now becoming regular that I only get up once a night to urinate, instead of normally 2 or 3. I've also changed my diet to focus on green vegetables and salmon, and lots of turmeric (& black pepper). Amit -- do you recommend hot peppers? I have been eating ghost peppers 1X per day as they seem to be anti-cancer.

    Hello Amit I have two considerations to do : 1. To me it looks like normal relaxing yoga poses and nothing to do with prostate. 2. Not everybody is flexible like you and sometime I personally struggle to complete your exercises. Whey don’t you do and easy version as well for normal people not made in rubber. Thank you

    In sonography the enlarged prostate BPH is 63 gm which is much more.
    i took allopathic medicine for one and half months,flow of urine has a progress but not shrinked. yesterday dr told it may be given after four months rather you may have to go under surgery.
    simultaneously i am having vit c,d3,e, zink and also pumpkin seeds daily. i have also taken 60 tabs of shilajit too.
    with this i use to do some yoga guided by acharya Pratishta ji
    but feel no such improvement
    please guide me to come out from this problem

      Increases blood flow and reduces stress. My PSA went from 3.2 to 1.85 in about 6 weeks with these exercises.

      @@BimboTV my symptoms were frequent and slow urination, especially at night, and an increase in PSA. Along with Amit’s videos, I also stopped taking sleeping pills/allergy pills, I eat 3 spoonfuls of tomato paste a day, I eat several spoonfuls of habanero hot sauce per day, no sugar, and get a lot of exercise and lot of stress reduction like meditation and Wim Hof Breathing. I am feeling very good and no longer have the symptoms on most days.

    Hello, can I have some suggestions on Iyengar yoga that is good for vericocele cure?

      Yes it does, practice for 3 to 6 months for start seeing good result. Practice longer term for better health. However, continue with your medication or consultant with your physician if any. 😇🙏

    Amit, thank you for offering this. Would you recommend following this yoga or similar for an inflamed prostate (non-bacterial prostatitis) ? The symptoms are rather different from an enlarged prostate. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

      The best would be to try the current yoga from Day 1 to 5 skipping all the asanas that cant be performed, for now, even if you can follow half of the current practice, you will get a good result of reducing the prostate. I am in the process of creating prostate yoga for beginners also so you will be able to join it and will be easier to practice.
