I’m experiencing a slight stumble when the this pump kicks on during WOT in the 1500 to 2500 range on a 5th gen zl1. Is this a tuning issue?

that sucks man. I built my own Aux pump system using the same pump and high quality fuel lines and fittings. Costed me around $500. Operates on a honeywell hobbs switch and comes on around 5psi. Never had an issue.

You tapped into bottom of the plastic fuel tank ? I thought about fabing up my own but didn’t.

A lot of ppl do this bcuz it's cheaper and less labor while still being effective
