1 cup cottage cheese 1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup almond flour 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder 2 tbs coconut oil, melted 1/2 cup chocolate chips Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350℉ Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small food processor or blender, add the cottage cheese, maple syrup and vanilla - pulse until smooth. Transfer that mixture to a large bowl and mix with the almond flour, protein powder and coconut oil until combined. Lastly fold in the chocolate chips. Best to use a cookie scooper to form. your balls. Place them on the baking sheet and press down to flatten. Add some more chocolate to the tops (if you like) and bake until the edges are golden brown - about 13-15 minutes. Allow them to set on the baking sheet for a few minutes then transfer to a cooling rack. Notes: I use 4 % milk fat cottage cheese - the brand is Organic Valley. If you don’t have vanilla protein powder, you can sub in oat flour (or more almond flour and a few tbs coconut flour). You can use any neutral oil, like avocado oil or olive oil instead of the coconut oil.
Just made them! They are delish! I made a half batch substituting almond oil, wheat flour, unflavored protein powder and 72% cocoa chocolate chips. They are dense and chewy! I think the next time I will use less or maybe no chocolate chips - the 72%, though healthy, was a bit bitter. Also, the batter was reeeeally good! Maybe the next time I will just feast on the batter😂. But this is a must try! Thank you for a great - and healthy treat!❤
Switched the maple with raw honey, added some bananas too and instead of almond flour,i grounded macademia into powder. My chi is now Songoku level! I'm now breaking mountains with my pinky
Honey is better for you than sugar and real sugar is healthier than the fake sugar, they're literally known for causing cancer...and honey isn't the same as sugar. It's bee spit, yummy and anti-inflammatory
Boy it's too much chocolate chip on that are we not going to love ourselves because we eating the most chocolate chips nuts is there going to be high in protein high in sugar for sure

@@HoneybakedheiferYes! But your interest in eating the cookies skyrockets!😂
@@Honeybakedheiferthe best part about being stoned is being in the kitchen making food

Hate coconut oil, anyone try it with olive oil
Avocado oil would be a neutral sub.
@@classycassi20 thank you so much.
I like avacado oil. Will try it. Thanks again.
Why add syrup or honey, use a sugar substitute make em sugar free, diabetics can't use syrup or honey!!
I have sugar free maple syrup, honey and chocolate chips. I don't have diabetes... I'm 82 and committed to avoid it.
Then do that for yourself.
if you try it let us know please!!🙏
