A certified “Never a Dull Moment” classic, my friends. After already coming across some very unexpected MOW work and a bluebird AC4400CW in Buford, I voyaged to Norcross to meet up with the main man, @ThatModelGuyGA. And of course, we got an update some something special coming, and then to add more to the specialty of this day an unexpected defect caused a stop and a delay on the mainline. And wouldn’t you believe it, there were more specialties in store. You truly never know what you’ll find trackside, and this was a peak example of how quickly things can take a very unexpected and entertaining on the rails. I hope you enjoy.

(1) Regarding that 282 that stopped, at the time of recording I was told it was a hotbox, but after seeing the footage I can't tell if it's because of a hotbox or the exposed containers.
(2) The Interstate heritage unit is nicknamed the "Creamsicle" after a popsicle brand that had colors resembling its paint scheme, hence the joke...the opportunity was too pure.

Thanks, bro. When PTC is blowing the train horn or the horn sequencer has been activated, the ditchlights don’t flash for whatever reason.

2:14 I think bro was a bit late on the crossing sequence
There's another crossing less than 100 yards away, so when the horn sequence is on they just blow through the second crossing with the sequence for the third crossing.
