These are the few times I was able to keep these guys in sight. Make no mistake, the times that I'm keeping up, they're riding 80-90% of their pace, once they pull the pin they lose me in a couple corners. As always, ride within your own limits, avoid riding outside your comfort zone to keep up, and always leave some in reserves in case you encounter something on the road.
Excellent comment,Those 2 guys are in the Top Tier of riders on the hill.Always ride your pace that is comfortable fun and relatively safe depending on conditions
8:01 - DUDE! I was just thinking the same thing. When I was a kid, I had a low speed low-side because of a dang leaf! It would suck to have the occur at a higher speed, mainly because my bike would get all scratched up...
Really impressed by all of you! Subbed👍We have similar roads where I live and currently contemplating whether to get a hypermotard 950 or a streetfighter v2. Which one would you recommend?
Both excellent choices! One of these guys used to have a Hypermotard 950 and he was untouchable, so fast! Check out the video here: th-cam.com/video/fivcK4SSsPU/w-d-xo.html
As an XR owner myself I get more pumped when I see you post a new video than by any of the other motorcycle channels out there. I'm going to the Smoky Mountains next weekend and this video has got me so ready to get up there and ride!
That's awesome. I could go and buy a bike I know I would be faster on, but I enjoy the BMW so much that I don't mind putting up with the weight penalty. Every trip to the mountains with this bike is epic, always a great time. Enjoy your trip and be safe out there.
May not be the fastest but Supermoto is the way to gooooooooo! Pros and NO cons. Doesn't eat up tires, you drop it and damage is minimal, seating position is perfect and who needs to go over 100 mph anyway??? For those riders that feel the need to ride 1000cc bikes, I hope you guys never get pulled over by a cop going over 100 mph. A 600cc bike can do well over 160 mph and for the streets is way more than enough.... MHO. I ride a 450 sumo with over 45 years of riding time and staying with it...Great riding!
i admire your humility riding within your limits..i think if you will keep on practicing that tail of the dragon eventually you will keep up with ANTPRILLIA and Maxwrist in due time of their 100% ability..they spent more riding hours in that road..😅
With these guys it was back to back runs, loved it. The S1000XR is quite comfortable despite the weight, so I rarely get winded. I usually run out of fuel or tires before I get tired. 😉

Big respect for always helping out these guys cuban

Yellow Ferrari driver was a douche for crossing the mustard and not pulling over... I bet he was butthurt..
I love those back to back passes!!🤘🏽💪🏽🔥
Another superb video👌 from you and the guys having fun....and that is what is all about only bikers can understand that...
Regards Glenn.👍
Those guys are FAST but also very smooth.
Hell they're quick !! Best of all, like you, they seem to be good ambassadors for motorcyclists 👍😎
Unrelated, but I placed a comment on the official BMW M 1000 XR to directly getting you to test it! 😂😂😂 Hope something comes out of it!
At least we gave it a shot. 😉
What a blast! Be safe out thereb
was down there a few weeks ago , sumo guys were killn it !
@antprilia needs to put some longer straps in his truck man... I hear him on too many videos not having longer straps with him lol.
😅

Those supermotos are quick! I am from the Uk are you aloud to use slick tyres on the road there!!!!! Great video guys.
Not necessarily "allowed", but the bike gets towed to this road and we make sure to warm up the tires before going quicker.

The brakes on those supermotos are INSANE. I had a 690 smcr, no joke, within 4 feet could go from highway speeds to full stop.

Great riding. I wonder how y’all would do against Yellow Wolf and his Goldwing! That guy was king of the mountain back in the day. Ride safe…
hi Cuban what tyres u recommend for street sporty riding?
Las Supermotard son las más divertidas por mucho
Love the videos with the supermotos! Its amazing how you can keep with them, you must to burn lots of energy doing all those twisties.

Awesome video brotha.
Which tires do you have in that video?
What year is your XR? Love the sound and the quick shifter?
August 2015, so 2016 model.
You guys are the best 🙏❤
antprilia do not ride the rsv4 anymore what happen to his bike?
He was doing some maintenance to it, should have it back up there soon enough. Supermoto is a lot of fun though, it's easier on tires too. 😉
Amazing riding
I havent ridden the dragon since 2005...lol gonna feel like a newbie when i get down there next year 😂😂
Needs a few 'recon' runs before getting any speed on it for sure, a few ruts and bumps and in some areas.
@@CubanRider when i was there last we did 10 runs, 5 each way just cruising getting to know the thing. Day 2 on the other hand lol
멋지네요^^~
