@@LGUSASupport I bought this washer/dryer set BRAND new. No issues with the washer. The brand new dryer also got brand new duct/coil and everything is set up properly and nice and neat. We've tried EVERYTHING. And you guys don't care about your customers lol all you care about is greed with making money. Otherwise you wouldn't continue to keep selling these defective Dryers. And that's not just me but PLENTY of people I've seen report the same issues and were told it's manufacturing issue. So UNLESS you're going to refund me EVERY cent I paid for this useless product AND provide me with an actual working Dryer then I have no reason to talk to any of you and EVERY reason to express my experience and warn every single person I can to stay away from making the same terrible decision I made in buying an LG Dryer
