🤎💛 Okay! THIS IS...BEYOND BEAUTIFUL!!! 💛🤎 Compost?!?! We all have it!...*(well most of us do)...and you created a true work of amazing art! Mind blown. 🤯
Another fabulously stunning piece. Looks like purple fairies under a forest floor; truly dark, but enlightened as well. Keep up the great work and enjoy the snow.
I love the mixture of the shavings. The hypershift is really pretty too. I do personally feel that it is a bit too dark overall though. It would be nice with some of the silver or gold pigment too. This done in red with gold pigment would be an amazing holiday piece.
Jim, WOW I can't believe how beautiful this turned out. The sparkle makes it so beautiful and different. Another amazing work of art. Something like this would make a great give away.
You did it again! I love the dark with subtle light wood. The hyper shift is gorgeous and adds extra interest. This is one of my favorite pieces of your amazing artistic creations. You truly are an inspiration! Thanks for sharing
Absolutely gorgeous Jim! I can't even begin to tell you how big of an inspiration you've been to this old woodworker. I started my first wood/resin hollow form last week, using Designer Epoxy of course and so far it's looking good. Keep up the amazing work and have a wonderful weekend!
Oooo! This is stunning. I love those wood shaving casting. The one you did 5 months ago reminds me of flames. This one reminds me of dark pebbles under water. And that hyper shift just adds it's own unique charm. Another beauty Jim.👍
This is a beautiful piece, stunning really considering it's made of shavings. These videos are definitely the highlight of my week, keep up the good work Jim.
If there was anything that could get me to spend the money on everything needed to create these beautiful works of art, that would be watching you create these beautiful works of art. I am never disappointed. That is absolutely beautiful. Hyper shift adds so much sparkling. And to think our parents thought we would out grow glitter. We fooled em. Someone has taken our childhood glitter and turned it into something that adds a whole new dimension to what glitter can do. I think it’s even more fun to play with it now. Another great job. Well done.
Ima quilter and use every scrap of fabric I can no waist sometime those are extremely beautiful andd so satisfying! Hours must bring you great joy and pride! And it’s not like you don’t have enough wood!😜😁😋
Hi Jim that’s so cool; you don’t expect to see diamonds in the ‘wood’. Love the hyper shift and the colours amazing. I look forward to your projects every week. Take care Jan
Jim, this may be my favorite one. I’d like to see more like this - lighter, darker, different colours, etc. But I do notice that my favourite one is quite often your most recent one. 😊
It looks like frost in the sunlight on the ground in winter. I think the shavings/bits in resin would look really great for smalls too, decorative things like ornaments. Actually, that would make stunning door nobs. I keep trying to find ideas that I can do with my small lathe in the limited space I have. Absolutely beautiful.
I just love watching you work & the bowl is beautiful! Maybe 1 day when I start selling my jewellery again I will be able to buy 1 off you! (I’m a qualified jeweller but I have been very sick for a long time & so consequently I lost my regular trade work & I’m just now starting to be able to do it again. Watching you has helped inspire me! 😎♥️♥️♥️✌️
An idea to keep your weight from floating! Four small holes spaced evenly around the bucket in an x pattern. Guessing the holes should be about one inch below the top of the weight. Pull any type of wire or chord through the holes and over the weight and tie knots at both ends. You could get by with one string instead of two. Seal up the holes with hot glue!! Tysm for these videos :)
WOW, that came out FANTASTIC. The Designer Epoxy hyper shift is amazingly beautiful in the clear resin and the dark wood. I also think the design was perfect for the display of color. I thought for sure you were going to keep that one.
I reached the end of the video and I love this. Id stain the woodchips with white stain, would look fantastic. Thanks for letting us watch this beautiful thing come to life.
Absolutely stunningly Beautiful 😍 Thank you so kindly for sharing your wonderful talent and videos with us all. Take great care and keep creating and smiling ❤
awesome bowl. very beautiful. not surprised an old t-shirt works for applying the finish. when i was in the navy we would use our old t-shirts to shine our boots
I'm still using the designer Epoxy that I ordered several months ago. Even for my fingernails and anything I need to stay put. The stuff really works 😺.
Wow, so beautiful! It's interesting that it turned so dark. It is a very lovely shade of brown that complements the shavings admirably. Love the shape, whatever it's called.
I think a turned wood pedestal would give some of your more squatty pieces a bigger presence. Id call this an urn. My fav is still the curly shavings + spalted collar piece. Thanks again for a neat show…i always look forward to seeing what Jim is up to today!
Never in a million years would I have believed wood shavings could possibly look this gorgeous 😍 This is a literal 'from trash ro treasure' project.
Thank you very much!
Love it.❤
What would happen if you reuse the resin like this?
🤎💛 Okay! THIS IS...BEYOND BEAUTIFUL!!! 💛🤎
Compost?!?! We all have it!...*(well most of us do)...and you created a true work of amazing art!
Mind blown. 🤯

I wasn’t sure I was going to like this casting but was very pleasantly surprised. Love the hyper-shift.
Thank you very much!
Well, whoever would have thought that would come out looking like that. Outstanding. Thank you for the video.
Glad you liked it! Thanks
Every time I have a favorite one, you outdo yourself. Beautiful.
Thank you very much!
Very pretty! I love the purple shimmer amidst all the wood particulates. It gives it a really fun feel!
Thank you so much!
Twinkle, twinkle, a million stars. That hyper shift is like magic.

The hyper shift really did it's job on this one. I've never seen anything like it. Beautiful

Interesting hyper shift effect with no other color.
Designer Epoxy

Another fabulously stunning piece. Looks like purple fairies under a forest floor; truly dark, but enlightened as well. Keep up the great work and enjoy the snow.
Thank you, I will
Amazing piece. The hypershift in clear resin worked better than I thought it could.
Thank you! Cheers!
I love the mixture of the shavings. The hypershift is really pretty too. I do personally feel that it is a bit too dark overall though. It would be nice with some of the silver or gold pigment too. This done in red with gold pigment would be an amazing holiday piece.
I totally agree!
Fully agree with the silver and gold
Jim, WOW I can't believe how beautiful this turned out. The sparkle makes it so beautiful and different. Another amazing work of art. Something like this would make a great give away.

Ohhh, that hyper shift really sets off the wood shavings, so very cool! Designer Epoxy.
Thank you very much!
Absolutely gorgeous Jim! I can't even begin to tell you how big of an inspiration you've been to this old woodworker. I started my first wood/resin hollow form last week, using Designer Epoxy of course and so far it's looking good.

Wow, thank you!
Methinks this derserves a sequel - or even more of them
Thank you very much!

Thank you very much!
Jim, it has been a while since I have been able to comment, you still have it and impress me with the ideas you always bring to the table,
Thank you very much!
From the thumbnail, I would have guessed a dark epoxy color. The way the hypershift sparkles out from between the shavings is very pretty. Nice job.
Thanks so much!
Wonderful looking semi-enclosed bowl. The two woods look great, but once again the hyper shift steals the show.
Thank you very much!
From mess in the vacuum chamber to masterpiece. Final showing is beautiful.
Thank you very much!
Good morning all
Morning!
Another beautiful piece. It looks to me like something from the early 1900‘s. The hypershift looks so good.
It does! Thanks so much!

Designer Epoxy. How ever I am not a turner I just love watching the videos and think your artwork is stunning.

The darkness had me skeptical, but it turned out amazing. Such a great looking bowl.

The hypershift is showing well! In glass art it looks like adventurine!
Thank you very much!
This project turned out perfect! I just bought five gallons of Designer Epoxy and some accessories. Thank you for your advice.
Take care.
Wonderful! You’ll love it. Thanks
Jim, this may be my favorite one. I’d like to see more like this - lighter, darker, different colours, etc. But I do notice that my favourite one is quite often your most recent one. 😊
More to come! Thanks
This one turned out so beautiful, I was also super surprised to see how dark it was! Take care and thank you for the vid.

Absolutely, thanks!
That’s beautiful, looks like chocolate metallic and the hyper shift just adds to it.👍👍👍👍
I think so too! Thanks!
This has to be my favorite hollow form. The hyper shift makes it come alive. Designer Epoxy
Thank you very much!
What an amazing way to use up all those shavings. The hypershift makes it look kind of like purple Goldstone!
Thank you very much!
It looks like frost in the sunlight on the ground in winter.

Beautiful bowl. I was skeptical at first, but the end result is gorgeous.
Thank you very much!

That could work. Thanks
Love the end result! The surprise purple really amps up the beauty. 😊
Thank you very much!
Hyper shift, like other color changing powders look best with darker colors. Let the sparkle begin! Beautiful as usual.
Yes! Thank you!
That is a very cool effect with the hypershift. It almost looks like you put tiny lights in there. Great show see you next week.
Thank you very much!
I love the purple specks in it! PURPLE!

Designer Epoxy. This piece turned out so interesting....so Sparkly...really sets off the shavings.
Thank you very much!
WOW, that came out FANTASTIC. The Designer Epoxy hyper shift is amazingly beautiful in the clear resin and the dark wood. I also think the design was perfect for the display of color. I thought for sure you were going to keep that one.
Thank you! Cheers!
This is my favorite piece, "so far", Jim. Beautiful.
Thanks!
Absolutely love the 3d effect of the shiny hyper shift peeking through the shavings. Very subtle and very unique.
Thank you very much!
You just keep out doing yourself Jim. Another great one!

amazing! the pinpoints of sparkle look like the bowl is made of the night sky!
Totally, thanks!
Looked like a curling 🥌 rock before you hollowed it out. Great result! Thanks!
