    Sometimes procrastination is the result of our deep tension and anxiety. When you see your world is falling apart and you’re blocked to take action and can’t concentrate at all. You just need someone to talk you through and reassure you can do that. Thanks God for videos like that

    After going through a few "meditation productivity/procrastination" videos that were incredibly unhelpful, I was happy to find this one. I like that it walks you through the process like a guide, not just "breathe and you'll get there on your own" sort of mentality. Thank you!

    Omg you have NO idea just HOW much I needed this😩
    I had 2 energy drinks which weirdly gave me NO energy and then I closed my eyes and listened to this and not only did I do the tasks, but a lot faster than usual. You’re a godsend!!🙏🏼

    The key to being above and beating anything is to learn about it. Know your enemy and you will win. Self discipline is self love and is the key to the whole entire world and beyond.     Worth doing! I listened to this one night last week and got up and tackled a long awaited for chore...I didn't consciously think about it...I had my breakfast and suddenly there I was reorganising my pantry...I quite surprised myself! It was such a good feeling too when I'd put that task to bed finally! Thanks guys 🤗

      Spriha Gupta Really? A decade is 10 years, we’re only 10 months into it so it has a further 9 years and 2 months to play out. Unless you have a crystal ball you have no idea how it’s going to evolve so it’s extremely premature to say my good wishes haven’t aged well. That aside, good wishes are simply good wishes, they don’t ‘age’. They remain exactly as they were intended when they were gifted to everyone.

    I like to do the Sapien medicine amygdala healing first before a procrastination meditation. I think Viktoria down below nailed it. Sometimes procrastination is related to anxiety and fear or failure or can be a symptom of a bigger thing going on like a prolonged freeze state. You can rewire your brain in little cumulative doses so it can see it's safe to move forward on projects etc. Thank you for your content The Honest Guys!

    as a trans person without any hormone treatment, i constntly feel on edge, whether me or the real world is not real, losing all conetion to my body against my will. i spend more and more and more and more time writing dumb stories where i already have the body i want, and im tlaking about 8 hours or more daily. all this while being an ibdp student. obviously i am procrastinating a lot. during this meditation and meditation in general, i feel like i come back to reality and sew my sould back to my body at least a bit, at least for few days to stay funcitoning, smart and productive, to be a good and responsible student.
    i feel horrible about myself but these small moment to take time and calm down make me realise it's not that bad. im afraid of ghosts, not once have I actually got a very bad grade or wasn't able to submit a paper because I was out of time. still it's not perfect, but im getting better and better every day.

    Rose Mead, Energy drinks make me tired, too. I have ADHD, its a side effect. They can actually make you have the opposite effect (with or without ADHD)

    Great meditation but some suggestions:
    The music is overbearing at the beginning
    Suggest setting a timer
    A "go get em champ" would be great, or anything to annotate that the meditation is over. I sat there for 10 minutes

    I struggle so much with body image and have spent over £1000 seeing a therapist. My new years resolution was to be kinder to myself but I have cried every day. I have just completed your 10 minute body image meditation and it was very emotional for me. I have a fitness channel and would love to talk about mental health too. Could I film myself following your 10 minute meditation to share with people what I'm doing to try and make myself feel better about myself? Or would there be a copyright issue? Bex x

    Why is there one task I always procrastinate on but once I get myself started it then motivates me to do more tasks and I end up being really happy that I've earned my ouch for the day? I have chronic pain and chronic fatigue syndrome so my "wins" for the day help me deal with the inevitable pain and fatigue from doing anything. If I do nothing I end up having the ouch anyway so I figure I can get something done this arvo/evening.
    I just can't get myself started right now...

      Starting something is always hard especially if you suffer from chronic pain and fatigue so don’t be hard on yourself. Anything you manage to do is a big win

      Thankyou for replying. I managed to get a couple of tasks done and now I'm back resting until the pain settles down. Next is the washing up as I don't have a dishwasher. I think I'm going to put on your "dragon rider" video to keep me company and maybe even the whole navarr series... They are so beautifully descriptive that I can't help my imagination making up stories of what happens in between them.
