    Thanks for making this video Marisa. I've gotten into hypnotherapy recently, and started doing it myself after a few sessions with a guide locally in my area. Motivation, and being productive is something that has plagued my livelihood for so many years. Always lacked confidence due to the fear of failure. I'll listen to this recording daily, and hopefully it helps me finally make a change. Much love. Cheers.

      @@TeriiTeri Certainly yes. But I realized it's going to take a bit more time with my situation to get to where I want to go. Which is to constantly be in a state of calmness. I've actually taken to the eye fixation method of self-hypnosis, and followed the lead of my local hypnotherapist. Practing about 3 times a day. It really helps me become calm or remain calm. Especially when my anxiety gets out of control. I may have to combine self hypnosis with CBT in the future though since my problem is more of a phobia as well. But yes, self hypnosis can help. Try it for a month.

    I’m 45. I have been doing this my entire life. Never following through with ideas because for some reason, I don’t know Not getting Any younger. Pretty sure I have pretty severe ADHD as well.

    It's the figuring out of how to monetize myself that has eluded me. I have no idea how to do that. Survival has alway been the simple goal with a few hiccups along the way. There is an unknown urge within myself that wants to contribute in a meaningful way but I assume that sort of contribution will either reveal itself or it won't. Maybe what I've contributed is already ENOUGH. I like to think so. For at the end of the day I did the best I could with what I had available to me and hurt as few people as possible along the way. I know not what else should or could be expected of me. Access to money is not a given for most of us in society but we are taught different. Education would be the key to resolving that I would say. Access to finance being the number one lesson I would teach should I have the opportunity to live this life again.

      Are you familiar with Stuart Ross LaunchU. From my understanding. That is a very useful way to learn the skills for self monetisation in the new economy (some even say he is a bit like Jesus :) ). Although I have not dived deeply Iskander Dirk re high level access to finance fundraising might be useful.

    I'm not going to lie I've listened to this twice And both times I've heard "you're on fire!" And if you are what do you think That's made me concerned each time. Do you have a suggestion to get past that statement?

      Sure MP has their own process to help. How do you know you're feeling depressed. Try to recognize what comes to the surface. And make a note. On what may be associated towards that. If nothing springs to mind, may have to go deeper. Good luck

    Hi Marisa, have you ever helped anyone with restless leg syndrome? This is a horrible disease and many people take their own Life because of it.
