    I’ve been doing your workout videos with my 11 year old son. He is usually active when he is doing sports but because of the Coronavirus he isn’t doing any right now. So he loves doing the workouts 🏋️‍♀️

    I love your workouts because you always provide modifications, (I am beginner). I’m trying to be fit and creating habits of exercise everyday, it’s not easy. Also, watching your beautiful bodies encourage me to workout every day. I am proud of myself because I finally completed all your abs videos. one suggestion for you guys is that I would love to have longer videos 30-45 minutes long when target specific muscles such as legs or upper workouts. By the way, your videos are high quality, everything in your videos are very detailed and explained. Thank you so much for your hard work 😓. Well done 👍

      Morning and evening. Though theres no perfect time. I do them morning and evening. In 3 days u start to see changes, and in a week, u are awesome.

    After I finished this workout I'm just laying on my floor contemplating my life asking myself questions like ... why did I just torture my abs.. why didn't you stop when you saw the 1st round...you finished it now how am I gonna get up🙂🙂lol .. this one is a dozy I had to do some modifications but I got through it🙂👍
