Oh, it's Tapper! I loved that game and played it a ton (Midway Arcade Treasures on original XBox).

2. Is it a yearly tradition that you make a game with "Pumpkin" in the name every Halloween? (Yes, it is)
3. It seems to play a chunk of Spooky Scary Skeletons when a level starts

Sending a glass/cake/bread? when there's no skeleton.. it hits against the edge of the screen. I assume this is a 'Tapper' clone..
