Hello, If the pole is too tall for the pot in the sense that it's easy to tip-over, I would change the pot with a teracota one and/or add a layer of rocks at the bottom before adding soil. This should create a lower gravity center and improve stability. If the pole itself is bending, consider using some kind of PVC pipe, or even wood inside of it to make it sturdier. Hope it helps!
I have my plants in a coir pole about a 170cm in a 16cm pot but it so big now that bends like anyday I will find it on the floor. Any suggestions?

@plantsbutbetter Excelent tips. I think that would do the trick together with pruning because my phothos has become very leafy.
