I'm trying to get back fit after almost 10 years of easy labor. (Delivering pizza vs hauling and climbing ladders all day)Love my resistance bands. Got a set from Amazon for like $20 that are working out great 👍. When I started, about 2 months ago, I could only do 10 pushups with terrible form. Now, after working hard 4 to 5 days a week with bands, I can do 35 per set. Not that I need pushups. You can't get full range of motion with pushups like you can with bands. Love my bands!
Another excellent video. One of the best band training channels I've come across. Great technique tip about keeping your wrist bent back when doing bicep curls. Back when I did weight training and later bands, I never thought to do curls like that. Oh, Macho Man Randy Savage was my favorite wrestler growing up!

Hey Dave, I have a question. But first, I want to thank you for your videos and your no BS approach. As a beginner, it will benefit me to start off on the correct path. QUESTION: When working to failure (dumbbell curls/presses, etc) as far as sets and reps go, I can do 8-10 with my left arm and 15+with my right. Do I need to keep the sets/reps even? 10 reps left and 10 reps, right? Or just go to failure with each arm? Also, should I do an extra set or two with my left arm? Any advice or suggestions would help me greatly. Thanks
hey have you used Speeds resistance tube? they’re the only brand that’s readily available in my country (available without overwhelming shipment distance/fee) they are around $5-$10 for the regular one, and $25-$30 for the premium one, some reviewer said that they’re good but most are sponsored so idk if its true or not, and others said that their tube’s doesn’t give you that 100% stretch like cable does (but this could’ve been usage error). If you have used one please share what you think about it, thanks
After using bands, when I wake up every morning, I feel allllllll this muscle from all the workouts. What does this mean? Does it mean that my muscles are resting at night or something?
Newbie here. My tricep area is very flabby. Is it possible to build them to a point where that area is no longer loose, even when not flexed, or does everyone have an amount of...jello like flabbiness 😢 when not flexed? :)

It means that you are doing it right. You tore the muscle fibers and now you are building the muscle back, stronger and bigger. 👍🏾
