I have severe impingement in my left shoulder and mild impingement in the right. I've lost nearly all the muscle in both of my arms; my left shoulder is basically just bone. I detest the way I look and I feel extremely weak. Is there any way I can build arm muscle while suffering with these issues?

Is there one video you could do where each exercise is a combo of two, say Hammer Curls to tricep kickbacks in one movement?
