Amazing Beef Shanks

These beef shanks were smoked on my Lone Star GrillZ pellet smoker then finished off in the Insta pot. They were absolutely amazing one of the best beef dishes I’ve ever cooked.

Good stuff. Cool video!!! I’m going to have to keep an eye out for beef shanks because I don’t recall ever seeing them in the grocery store.
