Now that’s a beautiful Barlow. It not only looks good, but it’s a ‘70’s so it’s made good as well. The “Greatest Generation” were still active in the workforce and those were the folks putting these phenomenal knives together. The pride and determination of those individuals went into everything they did, and that’s why 70’s decade of Case were some of the best made knives Case manufactured. Outstanding as always video and description of the knife Harold and Abbey appears content.
Thanks for the tour my friend, what a beautiful Barlow, hope all is well in the Stone. Time to start the cleanup here in Canada, getting ready for old man winter. Have a great day brother.👍🇨🇦🇺🇸🐶

Handsome knife ! I’m headed to the mountains today with my best friend of 40 years / mother of our three girls. May be I might stop at a pawn shop along the way 😊. Best to you HT .
Oh wow....40 years is amazingly cool 😎!! Congrats 👏🏻 and enjoy the time away brother!! And if u find u a "biggun" at one of those pawn shops....name it after me!! Lol...😆😉🫡
Ha ha name it after me! I’ve had three killer big deals in my travels ,,, two involved large amounts of old model car kits from the 60s… But one killer deal was a pawnshop in West Georgia about 20 years ago just after Schrade closed doors in New York. It was so crazy it didn’t make sense .. I may have shared a here, but for sure have shared a couple times on knife channels… So I did a lot of traveling on a what we call an out route ( elevator maintenance) Sometimes half a day was traveling .. catching calls on shutdowns,,, and preventative maintenance,,, So I stop at pawnshop that was out in the country( I packed my lunch and usually drove with a sandwich n hand for my lunch break … how I justified my ‘stops’.) So I don’t see anything in the case at this pawnshop that I liked … was just b s ing with the owner, not in hurry to get out… and he said wait a minute I think I have something you would like… goes to his car brings in a Klein cloth tool bag … ten schrades all hunters ( old style not lb7 ) .. one used others new… Yeah, anyways he said his buddy said to get rid of them for him.. his thinking was that they will be worth less since they will be made in China … Of course, I couldn’t believe it… I thought I heard wrong.. I didn’t argue at price n bought them all, including the bag! Ha ha. One new one was rehandled in stag . Some were two blade some one with n without the liner lock. The used one had one blade and was one of the first knives I’ve ever cleaned up to try and make it shiny… as I was using some very fine grit maybe 1500 wet sanding paper on the inside.. I cut myself pretty good,, probably should’ve gotten stitches… I have learned since to put tape on the blade!!!!!! That carbon steel sure takes an edge. ( isn’t it ‘funny ‘ when we do something like that ? ) taking chances when we ‘know’ better ?
Delrin? Man I thought for sure it was bone when you pulled that up...what a beauty, and from the 70's. Does it have a reddish tone in that deep color anywhere or maybe it was a reflection I thought I glimpsed? Perfect edc for you. Yep, I thought I saw red in there.😀
Yesssirr, its delrin...But about as good as I've ever seen executed. I mean i literally had to look it up in the Knife Bible to be sure. And yes, the color is Reddish-Brown. She's definitely a cremepuff🧁 brother Bill!! Ty for watching my friend and for visiting with us...🫡👍🙏💯🇺🇸🔪🔥
