Serious question... is shawarma popular in the US? I feel like I never hear anyone talking about it and in all of our trips to the states I've never seen a shawarma shop! It's probably one of the more popular types of fast food in Canada.
Hi Carter! I'm originally from the US (Northern California) but have lived over half my life in Calgary. Where I'm from we called them gyros. They were the exact same thing just with a different name. So the next time you're in the States and craving one just google gyro and a shop should pop up. Hope that helped. 😊 Oh, and your office turned out so cute and cozy!
I'm enchanted with the "boring" vlogs you do. No complaints here! As you said, it's cozy and nice to see other people doing boring stuff. And I know you've said you don't like your own voice in another video, but I really enjoy it - I find it very soothing.

Hey Carter, Happy Wednesday. I naturally wake up around 7:30 every morning even when I’m trying to sleep in. 😢 I love Wednesday it’s such a good show and I love her two love interests. I ship her and Xavier together they’re so cute. 😊 We all could improve our time management skills. I learned when I was in school that early means on time, on time is late, and late is very late. 😅😊 I enjoy staying at home (relaxing and resting). I am a home body and I don’t mind watching vlogs with the creator at their home. 😊🥰

Ok the tiny spatulas are a baking game changer 😂 I use them to get things like yogurt and sticky ingredients out of the measuring cups. Love these chill/casual vlogs, also your eye for interior decor is just getting better and better every time you do a project!
I am the epitome of a homebody and your vlogs are my absolute favorite. Also, you really make me want a real espresso machine (I have/use Nespresso) cause that's the most comforting start to morning right there.

I’m like you with trying not to reach for my heavy winter coat right away because if you wear it now it won’t feel warm during the coldest part of the year.

My only thought is they wanted lower ceilings in the kitchen for the cabinets (so they didn't have to build taller/more expensive ones) but regardless we are happy to bring back the tall 12ft ceilings to be cohesive with the rest of the house! It also will help with heating the house as alot of air gets trapped between the ceiling layers currently!
