Sooner or later they would be running out of gas but Labyrinth doesn't have that with the exception of big welcome. That's why Labyrinth only gets better the longer the duel gets, because most decks are running out of gas much faster while Labyrinth stays the same. And even then would Labyrinth still be a rogue deck when they can still use every normal trap twice? And they have Rollback too with Arias turn 0 plays so Idk about that
@@Gurkan790 lab does run out of gas but slower it's furniture and lady only set from the deck not grave, after 2-3 turns it's doesn't have a way to bring back lovely or even lady meaning you must have secured the win by then since floodgates don't do anything by themselves except dimensional barrier which can shut down a deck and daruma which could cause a lot of damage, welcome labyrinth can ss a lab monster from the deck not hand or grave which means it's useless after a lovely is on the field, it's only use after that is to ss Arianna and search a castle, the whole point of the deck is to have castle ss lovely, spin a card to the hand and pop 2 cards and set a big welcome from the grave, transaction rollback and the butler are just there to make the deck more consistent, also the deck is highly sensitive to handtraps Arianna can be impermanenced and butler, furniture, cooclock, big welcome and welcome can be ashed, even negating or destroying lovely can devastating because trap cards dont have protection and you cant set a big welcome, unless you have lady and have a way activate it's effect to set another big welcome or any other card that can set big welcome to get back lovely, you're probably not winning the game, that's why destroying or negating lovely destroyes the decks recyclability and destroying castle makes the deck lose half of it's power Even though strong Lab can be beaten by handtraps and decks that end with 3 cards set and 4 monster fields, it's recyclability is good but sefk have a way greater one from what I saw in the video.

You named most labyrinth cards being good as an ash blossom negate but you most likely will only have 1 ash so what do you want to negate? You negate ariane with imperm (if you're lucky to have even two handtraps in your hand) but they will still have either welcome, big welcome, back jack with the furniture cards or pot of p as a follow up, their backrow will also become hard to out because most decks have an easier time to out their monsters than backrow and lady is completely protected as long as there is at least one set card so no imperm and no veiler either. While I do agree that Labyrinth cards are very onedimensional on special summoning from their deck due to welcome labyrinth only summoning from their deck, let's be real they still have muckraker and more than one copy of big welcome as a plan B option. But most of the time Labyrinth wins the grind game anyway because as shown in the video they only go plus most of the time with Ariane and even Ariana now. While I do agree that sefk or se rescue-ace have much more absurd grind games than labyrinth, it too is still pretty absurd
@@Gurkan790 unless you're really lucky you won't have a butler big welcome, Arianna hand, arianne isnt used much, if the opponent has ash/veiler/imperm with luck they can stop Arianna potentially searching butler, activating butler setting big welcome or trap trick since many lab decks run it activate, ss a lovely, spin arianne and pop a card in the hand set the big welcome, after this the lab will be forced to set big welcome and pass, no butler in the grave, no set big welcome to activate next turn so they can ss lady spin it back and pop another card, a negate can do this much to lab, same with furniture, if you open hand you need 2,5 cards to do anything turn 1 with furniture, and even then furniture can get negated by ash, if you have a hand like arianna/furniture/welcome or big welcome/and fodder and opponent has ash/veiler/imperm, you use arianne for butler it's negated, use furniture discard set big welcome/welcome from deck set welcome/ big welcome and pass next turn you get a lovely, lady that you spin back and pop one in the hand and furniture activates either ss or back to the hand, lady activates puts herself onto the field,welcome activates sets itself, lady activates sets a normal trap form the deck, usually daruma these two situations have happened a lot to me as a lab player so it's really easy to ruin a lab turn 1 combo, if the opponent removes lovely it's really easy to get rid of lady since it's just a beat stick that can set traps and ss itself, can be taken care of in the battle phase, now if the game continues to a turn 3, I don't think it has a chance, there's nothing to draw that can out the opponents board other than evenly matched, recyclability destroyed nothing to play other than daruma and welcome which can only do so much and at this point lab surrenders, for lab to win you need thing to go your way the reason lab is hated is because of the interruptions and I guess you could say it's hard to keep up with a chain 5 combo if you're not careful lab can turn tables easily. Actually, the SS deck itself is good and always goes toe-to-toe with anything if piloted correctly. It's the player fault on 2:05 that caused him to lose. Should be activate raye's effect immediately to chain labyrinth princess there. It'll save him 2 linkage to counter next turn after nibiru.

If he saved 2 linkage, on 3:07 he can set 1 linkage + 1 anchor then activate anchor for any nasty eff chain with linkage to summon kaina to disable 1 attack then summon raye to rejump to kagari to take back anchor. He'd end up with anchor + linkage on hand that way and LP >= 400. Next draw is the gamble part. If he draw *lightning storm/raigeki* it'll sure scramble lab. But engage had higher chance to be drawn since it was still 3 in deck. The rest is depend on how smart he can foolplay lab. Another neat draw if he get *evenly matched* instead. Another mystery is why he didn't activate camellia to ss on opponent's field on 1:42 then set pass 1 linkage + 1 anchor that can scramble lab playstyle a little instead of relaying on raye. That way, nibiru also can't be used. Another thing to remember is SS not a combo deck. Don't waste any card if don't have any plan ahead.

But regardless Lab has equal recovery if not better. SE doesn’t use Floodgates in MD because they are all heavily limited and no side deck. SE can’t really operate under summon limit and skill drain by that logic every deck could run Summon Limit.

Banish is far superior well worth paying 1000lp. For example Runick, Salamangreat, Fire King all have protection effects from destruction but not banish. Lab Backrow have gy effects, etc.
People hate Lab, I do too, but it actually is only 1 lab card I hate which is Lovely and that is ONLY due to the not being able to chain to traps... The cards that make Lab a royal pain to face are Transaction Rollback, DBarrier and Daruma Cannon, Daruma isn't broken, but resetting it off lovely is
In a vacuum Rescue Ace is a pretty fair deck but when combined with cards like Little Knight to dodge imperm/veiler, Snake Eyes and Dia to up consistency the deck becomes a problem
Why are there so many hackers in Duel Links. Over half of my matches involve people hacking so that cards and effects aren't able to work. Who else deals with this?
