  • This is our flagship tow package for the 6.0. This pack will bring your trucks power levels up to par with modern diesels. The key here is to keep the turbo as small as possible, while still adding power. The WDI Stock nozzle will keep your egt's in check better than the 30%. Also, with the 155cc barrel, it will allow you to increase HP up top but also keep the power down low where you need it.

    I had a 6.0 spent 20,000 to try and keep it running, huge failure

      My fat fingers couldn't plug the IPR sensor back in after reassembly after two days of trying. Ended up pulling the turbo again just to plug it in. Glad that truck is gone

      @@Mike_NH_USA my last straw was spending 5k to have it bullet proofed only to have injectors go out a month later that was another $2800 then two months after that i had to rebuild the hpop a month later it broke down again and that was it for me.this was all in the span of a year,all together id say owning that truck for ten years I've been broke down on the side of the road at least 17 to 20 times

      @@over9000pontiacs i would have gladly, bullet proofed, 190cc injectors, sct tuner, 4" exhaust, bluespring, just rebuilt the hpop. Owned it for 10 years put over 20k in it never could get more than 6 reliable running months in a row outta this bitch. Came down to reliability, i was tired of waiting on tow trucks to get me home lmfao

      That's wild man.. if you spent 20k on a 6.0 and it's not running like a MACHINE, you need to go find someone to punch in the mouth... Namely whatever mechanic was on the to line of the checks you were writing...

    Looking for torque figures on this package.
    Any one know actually torque numbers ?
    Horsepower is great but torque is wear the power meets the road .
    Anyone with actually torque numbers would be great

    My input- probably meant "flywheel horsepower". Putting 500 "wheel horsepower" means likely 600+ at the flywheel and that just isn't happening with this setup IMHO. Just tired of the HP exaggerations guys constantly spread with no dyno sheets

      All our HP numbers are calculated at the wheel. You can get well over 600hp on this injector/turbo combo with the right supporting mods.

    How do I make my 2020 6.7 powerstroke turbo louder? I'm not a fed, just want my whistle back.

      @@Mike_NH_USA You're not after the compressor wheel (intake side), if you're wanting that whistle. You're after the 10 blade turbine wheel (exhaust side). That's where the famous "6.0 whistle" comes from. I'd suggest calling, or emailing KC Turbos, and they can answer your questions directly. Who knows, there could be a 2020+ KC whistler turbo, that's in the works right now. If there is, it'd be worth waiting for.
