the conclusion seems to be valid but what is she suggesting be done about it? to me that is the problem. not the fact that private dwellings or rather "unregulated spaces" have higher risks of transmission but how far are gov officials willing to go to enforce compliance. we know now that the 6 ft rule and wearing of cloth masks is redundant therefore making the regulated spaces really no safer than the unregulated ones but that isnt really the point of contention here though it certainly shouldnt be disregarded in the grand scheme of things. the major concern here is with the governments desire to regulate every single aspect of our lives and the lengths that they go to achieve this goal.

Ah! I think I can understand where she's derived her ruling. Businesses are regulated and can be enforceable, while people are considered guilty until proven innocent. Based on a single case involving a person that attended a faith service passed on from the bug. Naturally, the person only passed on because they attended an establishment that allowed them to practice their faith. She's PERFECT for the 9th Circuit - being as radical and incompetent as their track record has been over the years. If I'm not mistaken, the 9th Circuit has been overturned more than any other court... ever... over twice other courts.
