1/4tsp - Cumin Seeds or tt
1/4tsp - Anise Seeds or tt
1tsp - Rosemary or tt
1tbsp - Shrimp Powder
2 - Medium-Large Onions
4 - Fresh Tomatoes
3 - Habanero Peppers or tt
About a thumb size Ginger
2 - Garlic Cloves or tt
1 1/2cups - Tomato Sauce
Meat Of Choice
Shrimp Seasoning - tt
Chicken Seasoning - tt
