To me that looks like a conventional deadlift
"Absolutely no retraction". Why is that the devil in this case?
taking stress of the hamstring glute contraction at the top and transferring load into the traps and upper back and I guess to some extent lower back, although I think its impossible not to hit lower back anyway to a large degree with an RDL. that would be my guess
