As an eight year army veteran who struggles with mental health, I can say my faith has helped me tremendously. I just started getting back in the gym and I have a long way to go so to see you find your faith again and not be afraid to announce it is by far one of the most incredible things that you can do. Amen brother.

It’s funny how we can all relate to no matter where we came from. I was born and grew up in Africa, Ethiopia and moved to California when I was a teenager. I’m 42yrs old now but when I was in Africa as a kid, we used to watch Blood sport, commando, and Rambo..and we used to imitate those actors in school. But anyways I’m glad you found faith and always put God first! Read the whole bible from first page to last page and you will be completely different in a positive way bro! Wish you all the best!

We are all blessed to live in this country and have food in our tables. I have family and friends in Mexico that i support. They need to work for the days food. Yes, they live by day not by week. No food stamps, no WIC, no help what so ever. Kids having to work instead of going to school. We were made by God to help take care of the world, this means help each other, encourage, and love each other.
I love what you do and the type of man you are becoming. God is never wrong he sets the proper people in your path. The good people. You are surrounded by love. God bless you and your family.
