Water hoses common at metal shows, because people get so hot bunched together like that, under the Sun; so they have water hoses to cool everybody down. It helps prevent people overheating.
One of the most chill bands in real life. I kicked back with them at a meet and greet after a concert years ago in Central California. Lajon was shocked when I mentioned that I had listened to them since their Crawlspace days lol. He was very appreciative and humble.
Fun fact..... Lajon, the singer, was incredibly high on magic mushrooms during this performance. Its pretty apparent right before they play the song "Bitch", he screams at everyone to "look at the rainbow, y'all... Everyone look at the rainbow!!!" Haha
Check out "Thank you" by this group. Grammy nominated for best metal performance in 2016...it only took them 20 years to finally get some notice. They have been putting out great tunes for a while.
Sorry, you are wrong about the vocals. You aren't hearing the monitor feed. Anyway, it is very common for Lajon to sing himself out. I believe this song was at the end of their set, usually was back then. It had nothing to do with the audio, it's him. He puts everything into his shows and ends up out of breath at many points during their set. They didn't turn him up, he caught his breath finally. I personally don't mind because he's so high energy, and very entertaining. Not bashing on him. But he does have very poor breath management, more due to his movement than his singing. TBH, it's how you know Britney spears isn't singing during those dance routine. This is what she would sound like too.
It's sad there is so much truth in the comments. Sevendust is underrated for sure, but it's all about what sells products and sex. Most are too shallow to appreciate some good ol' Georgia boys.Any real fan knows that Svendust has a sound and style all their own.
God I remember moshing with him... after sevendust would finish he would be in the pit for the next band... dude is a legend.

Great band, sound quality of video is bad but fuck it Sevendust is legit.
