If you think american buttercream is good wait till you try Italian Merengue buttercream, its more work but its way more smooth and velvety and doesn't taste like pure powdered sugar like the American butter cream...its just life changing you'll never go back to the american version!

Cookies don’t finish cooking when they’re taken right out of the oven, you need to let them rest for 5-10 minutes before taking them off the pan, that’s when they’ll set and they’ll be super soft and chewy. A lot of people make the mistake of putting them back in the oven until they’re golden brown and that’s when you’ll get a crispy, overbaked cookie (which isn’t necessarily bad if that’s what you like) just letting you know for future reference!! :)
