Even though this fugue has only two voices, it looked very challenging! Great job at bringing out the subject line while playing the trills, which were masterfully executed! Bravo!👋👋
Bravo, Carmelo. You play this prelude so well, excellent timing, articulation and sound. It's a prelude that offers a comfortable read, but at the same time it's a prelude that can create traps during the game, and you've done very well. It's always a pleasure to see you play so well and very inspiring to me. Many greetings to Italy!
@Andre.Barbosaa You're absolutely right André! This has been the trickiest Prelude I've played so far... it seems easy but at speed the trill on one hand also slowed down the other and it was an ugly effect to hear.... anyway, this one is done too. I would like to ask you for an advice: I wanted to get a new instrument on pianoteq to record romantics (Chopin, Schumann, Brahms) what do you recommend between Bosendorfer and Shigeru Kawai?
@ Dear Carmelo, regarding pianos, I have only used the Steinway D on the Pianoteq so far. I haven't been able to try others yet. So I always used the Steinway, whether for baroque, classical or romantic music. However, a short time ago, a pianist gave me feedback regarding the new Shigeru Kawai and Bösendorfer. According to her, the feeling of the Kawai is very satisfying, because the feeling is lighter and resembles a real piano. However, she said that the Bösendorfer is still better, it sounds better. I apologize for not being able to give you more detailed feedback, dear Carmelo, but I hope I can still help a little. Many greetings and all the best!
@Andre.Barbosaa Thank you very much André for your advice!!! So far I have tried the Steinway D and the Petrof Mistral. I used the Steinway for Bach/Handel and the Petrof for Purcell and other Baroque composers. I will try the Bosendorfer, after all I will take it with the discount that moddart gave us for participating in the contest.
Thank you … Bravo ❤

Bravissimo! questo preludio è difficile, tenere il trillo in imitazione nelle varie voci è sfidante!
