It's is so funny that Americans so openly criticise Chinese athlets for doping when the US's positive doping figues are at 1.2% campared to China's 0.2%. To put that into prespective that is 600% higer. Its embarassing.
China was also tested more than any other country this Olympics by almost double i think.
Actually that is 500% higher (600% of chinese rate, therefore 500% higher than the 100% reference which is chinese rate). But on the bottomline I agree with you.

WADA cannot be tested on him, he has special immunity because he has asthma(he is allowed to use asthma medication to help breathe during the competition) + two other different medications, a total of three medications. However, after quitting swimming, his asthma has improved and no need to continue taking those medication.

This is overblown. If you've watched the interview of the WADA director, he mentioned 600 times total this year for all the Chinese swimmers. And about 20-some times per swimmer since they arrived Paris.
That being said, it's still several times more than the Americans and Aussies got. They also did it mostly in early mornings so it also interrupted their sleep.
Chinese were CAUGHT and STILL Paid off the committee to get to compete. Big difference
WADA should have disbanded USADA for not suspending or banning athletes who returned positive tests but were allowed to continue competing in exchange for informing on other atletes
