Pls reply, Is it safe to go there on new year ?
Going there from WA while camping on the way. Will it be safe as it’s too hot and summer time ?

@@natureandtravellover it will be very hot in the middle of summer. You should ask on the Uluru/Kata Tjuta National Park information site what will be open, if it's safe, ect. There are many signs indicating that some walks will be closed if the temp is too high, especially at Kings Canyon (they actually lock the walk gates).
If free camping water will be very important and you should take more than you need.I think it could be uncomfortable with the heat but I've never done it at that time of the year so could say for sure.
      Good luck with your travels,
      Sharyn
