    Thank you, Adam. All you videos means a looottt for me.. I’m still in the process of saving money to buy my first pizza oven while working as employee. The very first time I make pizza was in covid 2021, the feelings of making pizza that I never felt before is the only thing that keeps me going and I really cant wait to make it happen. But the same time I’m too scared to open my own small street food pizza that I dreamed of. Looking at you videos and live, brace me up a lil bit. Hope to hear more about your complete journey story, and keep making videos and live!! It gives me joyyy 🙌🙌

    The most savvy, intelligent and entrepreneurial people I know are the ones who have no qualifications and didn't like school. Makes you wonder what the education system is actually all about. There is a difference between academic intelligence and real-world intelligence, in my opinion.

Whether you learned from their mistakes or their successes and morals. Having success in something you truly enjoy is not always possible but you’re a great example of it.

    Love the story and love how far you have made it so far to offer your family a good life, that's why I busted my butt earlier in life to make life for when I have a family great.
    One thing though, please stop scraping the blade of your knife across the board, as a Japanese and custom kitchen knife collector it hurts my heart. I use a dough scraper or the spine of the knife.
    Keep doing what you are doing.

      My current stuff was done by an old school friend that started printing bits and bobs. I have some new bits in the pipeline though.

    When you Bake Pizza at Home in the arcxl how do you handle the flame? Do you Turn IT to Low after i is heated Up or do you keep it at high? I have the Problem that the Side which ist facing the burner gets very Dark Sometimes before i can Turn the Pizza cause the bottom isnt ready to get Turned without ripping it... Maybe you have some Tips or advise for me😊 thank a lot for all your Videos and recipes 💪🏼

      I’ve always used Zettle. Used to be Izettle. It’s now run by PayPal. It’s their own software running on a iPad mini in a Zettle stand. I have the Zettle card reader on the outside of the van.
