Awesome!!! That's the dream!! Again I want to do burgers, just no idea where to start. My problem is, in 2016 I suffered a brain tumour and only just got back into work last year, I have three kids and have again no idea where to start, I worry and panic to much about things and again just wouldn't know where to begin. The end game for me is getting a burger van, doing great smash burgers, and everything that goes with it, so burger, fries, onion rings, as like meals and hopefully doing what you do, few days a week, some events maybe down the line. But my head is so all over the place it's unreal 😓. Great inspiring video, but I need like an action plan, and wouldn't know where to begin.
The most savvy, intelligent and entrepreneurial people I know are the ones who have no qualifications and didn't like school. Makes you wonder what the education system is actually all about. There is a difference between academic intelligence and real-world intelligence, in my opinion.

Do you Turn IT to Low after i is heated Up or do you keep it at high? I have the Problem that the Side which ist facing the burner gets very Dark Sometimes before i can Turn the Pizza cause the bottom isnt ready to get Turned without ripping it... Maybe you have some Tips or advise for me😊 thank a lot for all your Videos and recipes 💪🏼
Love the story and love how far you have made it so far to offer your family a good life, that's why I busted my butt earlier in life to make life for when I have a family great. One thing though, please stop scraping the blade of your knife across the board, as a Japanese and custom kitchen knife collector it hurts my heart. I use a dough scraper or the spine of the knife. Keep doing what you are doing.

I’ve always used Zettle. Used to be Izettle. It’s now run by PayPal. It’s their own software running on a iPad mini in a Zettle stand. I have the Zettle card reader on the outside of the van.
Domes are way more insulated, 30mm stone in Dome and 20mm in Arc. With Neo arch Dome heats up faster and uses less gas, has 3x faster recovery and can be used safely inside a vehicle when properly fitted with flues.
