Bought this game first day, played the campaign, loved it. Played online with some friends, never been an angrier person before in my life, continued playing online, still raged, then I sold the game. After listening to this again I am craving some rage inducing Killzone multiplayer...

Such a beautiful piece of music, it actually makes me love this game even more. I've only just bought the game recently too and never played a Killzone game before, now i'm going to find Killzone 2 in a shop and buy it, and find my PS2 (unless PS3s can play PS2 games) and play the first Killzone as well.
I so wish I could play this game again. My PS3 died a couple of years ago but I still have it. Shame there's no backwards capability on the PS4 really but I understand the reasoning.
I think they're making a program which lets u play your PS3 games for the PS4(the ones you bought digitally though)
it only applies to certain games, but i imagine that they'll do a remake of the entire series for PS4 eventually, they'd be stupid not to.

i love when games have such great, sad music, it brings me into the game on a whole different view. It goes perfect when the story mode keeps you going for a ride to, like in MW2, where there is sad music, and you notice D.C. is torn to shreds, breaks my heart everytime.. :(

most epic game i've played so far
the multiplayer was incredible and fulll of action, but even the campaign which is usually the weakest point of first person shoters was unbeliveably good, seriously, can't describe the feelings with mere words.

I'd like to add the fact that the only soundtrack that the only OK soundtrack from call of duty was MW2 and that's mostly nostalgia in my case. Every time I hear this track I get goosebumps.

Aside from Metal Gear Solid, I've never heard such composition in gaming music... It's a shame that the story didn't reflect the deep, emotional journey captured in this piece of music. That's why no game will EVER hold a candle to Metal Gear Solid. I mean, the death of Sniper Wolf in MGS1? The death of Big Boss in MGS4? Just beautiful. Honestly. We salute you, Hideo Kojima.
this song reminds me when my grandpa told me about the stories of him going to battle and fighting the nazies in ww2 as a riflemen when there was his comrades and friends dying,bombs being dropped all over, and the win against the nazies from invading more of Rrussia at what used to be known as stalingrad.....

See what I like about Kill Zone, is that it started out really shitty, and then. One of the few developers who actually listen, took it, and tried to make it better. And I'm pretty sure they were successful. I haven't played any of them but now I would love to play Kill Zone 3

When my kids ask for a story, I'll tell them about how the ISA fought the Helghast, who were bent on galactic domination.
Some journalists who played Killzone mercenary said that it plays even a bit more weighty than KZ2.
So I hope they go the same way with Killzone4.

I dont know if you listen to Sabaton at all (I'd recommend them) but in one of their songs "Cliffs of Golipoli" they state "There is no enemy / there is no victory / just boys who lost their lives in the sand" and I believe that statement is very much true.

Helghan and Vetka were both Helghast planets, but pre-Killzone 1, it was turned over to the ISA.

Helghan was origanlly a company that was in charge of finding a earth like planet after WW3. The Helghan Company also bought Vekta and Helghan and the ISA took Vekta away in the 1st Extrasolar because the Helghan company was over taxing ships that docked there or the ones that brought goods.
I think, this is better game serie than, Halo or Gears of war, because its a very beatiful game, with amazing story...and this music!! AWESOME!!!!

In KZ Mercenary for PSVita you may not literally play as a Helghast but you'll certainly be fighting alongside them against ISA in the campaign!

All Guerilla needs to do is make a deep emotional story line, and this will be literally PERFECT. I don't know why, but all i think of is Saving Private Ryan. There needs to be a rescue mission of sorts where the captain dies!!! Like Rico. That would be REALLY emotional since he's been a huge part of the series since it came out. Rico should make one last heroic move as he takes his dying breath! but that is just my take......
