Aside from this nice opening theme, I remember none of the boring music from the game. Most of the game, in fact, is very forgettable. Witcher 3 is vastly superior to this average game in every possible way. I even had more fun play Andromeda.

It doesn't feel memorable since its not primarily projected in the background and people wont give it focus during gameplay and exploration. But I assure you the music is very good and fits the game pretty well. Stop comparing everything to Witcher 3 ffs, I had more fun fighting machines in this game rather than slaying monsters in Witcher 3 (which was pretty solid as well). Each to his own, just stop comparing everything with like the best games in the entire industry
Yep, unfortunately not I am the "nature guy" so to speak, I love every single thing related to mother earth. So I felt connected to it. Live a simpler life in the middle of a cold forest. Sigh...One of my biggest dreams. Plus things like Aloy herself, she is brave, fearless, smart, independent...All the things I always wanted to be. Also, Aloy again, she looks a lot like the only person I ever loved, in every aspect. This game basically touched my deepest desires and dreams, be independent, be someone, live a good life in the nature...find a person to love and share my happiness with her. Sigh... Well, I was gonna say that life sucks, but I remembered that the one who sucks is me.

Not sure if you got a chance to play horizon forbidden west yet, but there is (this is not a spoiler) a small island on the map away from the main mal that is there as a memorial for him. It's beautiful.

I have never seen a game with such a contrast of song. I have finished this game 4 times and i am still playing it for 5th time and can't resist to hear this sound track with the story of Horizon Zero Dawn because its so intriguing.
They did a really good job at combining tribal, and Syfy themes. The story really made me feel the hopeless loss that the ancient humans had to suffer through. I’d be terrified if I was in their situation.
Just started playing HZD on my new computer with 3090rtx for the first time. The game already feels like it's going to be one of the greatest games I've ever played and the music is so powerful already. I can tell so much time and attention was put into creating this masterpiece. This is how games should be created. Game developers should take notes from this game.

I love both Zero Dawn and Forbidden West, but Zero Dawn just has a place in my heart and I think I’ll replay it soon. Awards normally goes to biased peoples games..its a money thing. They buy the awards for so you can buy the game or the sequel..then you actually feel bored when playing it, you just keep playing it because they said so
1. Witcher 3 2. Horizon Zero dawn 3. Legend of Zelda: BOTW These 3 games changed my life in a way that i no longer enjoy any other games as much as i enjoyed these 3. I feel empty now that i think of these games. All of them have such immersing story and the soundtrack really does stir your feelings and emotion together. Edit: Till now these are the top 3 in my life. Wish I could experience as a first time player again. This coming from someone who has played most of the AAA titles out there currently. Of course there are other good games, but in terms of story these are exactly my thing.

There's something about this game that makes me like it unlike others, not gonna say it's best, but definitely on the top out there, the characters in this game imo were really well done, making the player attached to a character like rost who barely has any screen time, making the Player empathize for a character like Elizabeth who doesn't even appear in the game (except for holograms), maintaining a proper ratio of unrevealing yet trustworthy with a character like sylens, man I can keep it goin, plus this beautiful soundtrack, one of the best exclusives/games I've ever played
If you watch all the TH-cam videos and read all the Reddit’s it lasts longer, but yeah, the worst part of any game is the day it ends. Replaying just isn’t the same, even after a long break. I mean I did replay and re felt the awe of the story and the exploration. How I did that was beyond me honestly. But than it ended again and I was like *sigh*.

I am a loonnng time Zelda fan, and got a switch and BOTW the day they came out. Needless to say, I didn't even finish Zelda. I sold switch and Zelda and I had more fun in the first 3 hours of this game than I did in the 40+ hours I had into BOTW. This game is easily one of the BEST I have ever played. Witcher 3 is muuuuch better! but it is a really good game no doubt.
I have never seen a game with such a contrast of song. I have finished this game 4 times and i am still playing it for 5th time and can't resist to hear this sound track with the story of Horizon Zero Dawn because its so intriguing.
They did a really good job at combining tribal, and Syfy themes. The story really made me feel the hopeless loss that the ancient humans had to suffer through. I’d be terrified if I was in their situation.
Thank god this game came out on PC, I would've never experienced this fantastic story otherwise.
Just started playing HZD on my new computer with 3090rtx for the first time. The game already feels like it's going to be one of the greatest games I've ever played and the music is so powerful already. I can tell so much time and attention was put into creating this masterpiece. This is how games should be created. Game developers should take notes from this game.

This song is so beautiful. It gives me chills when I hear it. Horizon is such a beautiful series. I recently finished Forbidden West and now I just can’t wait for the next game. I love both Zero Dawn and Forbidden West, but Zero Dawn just has a place in my heart and I think I’ll replay it soon. Such an amazing story, intricate world building, gorgeous graphics… I absolutely love it.
Horizon Forbidden West on both PS4 and 5 also have equally amazing graphics like in Zero Dawn.

Awards normally goes to biased peoples games..its a money thing. They buy the awards for so you can buy the game or the sequel..then you actually feel bored when playing it, you just keep playing it because they said so

I just started playing forbidden west and when I heard this ost (slightly modified) for the main menu I already felt the tears coming back

These 3 games changed my life in a way that i no longer enjoy any other games as much as i enjoyed these 3. I feel empty now that i think of these games. All of them have such immersing story and the soundtrack really does stir your feelings and emotion together.

Till now these are the top 3 in my life. Wish I could experience as a first time player again. This coming from someone who has played most of the AAA titles out there currently. Of course there are other good games, but in terms of story these are exactly my thing.

There's something about this game that makes me like it unlike others, not gonna say it's best, but definitely on the top out there, the characters in this game imo were really well done, making the player attached to a character like rost who barely has any screen time, making the Player empathize for a character like Elizabeth who doesn't even appear in the game (except for holograms), maintaining a proper ratio of unrevealing yet trustworthy with a character like sylens, man I can keep it goin, plus this beautiful soundtrack, one of the best exclusives/games I've ever played

If you watch all the TH-cam videos and read all the Reddit’s it lasts longer, but yeah, the worst part of any game is the day it ends.
Replaying just isn’t the same, even after a long break. I mean I did replay and re felt the awe of the story and the exploration. How I did that was beyond me honestly.
But than it ended again and I was like *sigh*.

You gotta be kidding me lol. RDR2 is insanely boring, just an awful game, it doesn’t belong in the same sentence as Horizon which is an absolute masterpiece. RDR2 was such trash it was the only game I’ve ever sold as an adult. I wanted to recover some value out of that turd.
Honestly I think this beats out Breath of the Wild. Definitely in contention for GOTY anyhow. This theme reminds me of Assassin's creed revelations theme.
Agreed, played both, BOTW is overrated big time. I dunno, I feel like people were in love with the switch itself and its a cool system but they blew things out of proportion with zelda. Bring on the new metroid!

I am a loonnng time Zelda fan, and got a switch and BOTW the day they came out. Needless to say, I didn't even finish Zelda. I sold switch and Zelda and I had more fun in the first 3 hours of this game than I did in the 40+ hours I had into BOTW. This game is easily one of the BEST I have ever played. I can't say if this or Witcher 3 was better by DAMN this game is amazing!! I love this song
