I wish the Capitals were with the Kings and Ducks getting new jerseys because the Washington jerseys are dated and need a rebrand. Plus for their 50th anniversary it would have been a perfect opportunity for them to make a rebrand
@@2k4ever-v9vyea I wish we could use the reverse retro 2.0 for a rebrand, i wouldn’t be mad at using the 1.0 if they wanted to stay with the red white and blue either, I just want the screaming eagle back
The Capitals easily have the worst uniforms right now. I believe they are the only team left with a leftover early Reebok look. So horrible.
The capitals have one of the best secondary logos in the NHL , the “ W”, should make that primary. Or even just the reverse retro eagle with the red and blue would be good
@@cpnstbn1266 I prefer the Capitals create a new branding around the "screaming eagle" logo. Even borrow the RR2 jersey as a new alternate.
I really really want the ducks to use their RR2.0 jersey for their away jersey, and make a black version of it for their home jersey. I want this to happen so badly. I don't even care about a third jersey, but I think a black one with that orange along the bottom would just look so damn good.
I'm really worried that the upcoming new Ducks primary logo is going to be a disappointment. Why mess with an iconic logo?
More confident that the Kings will not mess with the Gretzky era "Chevrolet" logo and overall uniform. I hope it is what you mentioned for the home jersey and that it would just be a black version of the current alternate (maybe new home) jersey. I never liked their uniforms since 1998. But I did like a few throwbacks.
I hate to disagree with you, but I really do not want the Blues getting rid of their very very nice home and away jerseys. The home one looks fantastic. I do not own one yet and do not want it to go away. I would not mind the current alternate staying, too.
I would rather them mess with something iconic than just go back to the OG with no changes, but ya of course it could be a huge miss. I think it'll be fine though.
As for the Blues, I like their current jerseys too they are extremely nice, I just prefer their alt/wc a bit more. If they stick with the same though, I would not mind at all
@@TheJerseyZone I saw Chris Smith's tweet that he will reveal teaser photos of both the Kings and Ducks logos tomorrow (Monday). So we do not have to wait! And that is true, I don't mind tweaking original logos or jerseys. I just fear teams screwing them up as has done in the past.

Orange and Gold is a colour combo that simply doesn’t work. There’s a reason why you don’t see it literally anywhere in any other team of any sport

I don't know why the Winter Classic was moved to New Year's Eve. Unless the league doesn't want to compete with college football.
I hate that Oilers jersey too, they should get rid of the colors, the name, the logo, the players, the coaches and set fire to the franchise.

The Samuelis have insisted on orange as a primary color, so unfortunately we will not see the eggplant and jade colors return.

That alternate kings jersey is whack. Really hoping they don’t make a black version. Not sure why the retooled that 90’s jersey.

As a Flyers fan, the Ducks coopting the primary colors of orange and black is bullshit.
With 32 teams, it's hard for every team to have a unique color scheme but in the Ducks' case they did have a unique "eggplant" color originally.
As a leafs fan I felt that way when the lightning went to blue and white.
Personally, I like the webbed D logo. It's just not as good as the Mighty Ducks logo. I think if not for the history of the team people would have much better opinions of the current one
100% with you. Webbed D is a fine looking logo and I believe people's opinions would be different if it was the original logo. I do still prefer the Mighty Duck, I just don't hate the current logo as much as others.

Swarm for Utah and Totems for Seattle would have been ideal…Along with Kraken I expect something shitty like Yetis.
I guess I'm in the minority because I prefer the web foot logo and current colors to the Ducks' original logo and colors.
I don't mind the web foot and colours, I think the older ones are superior but it's not as big of a gap in my mind
Yea I agree with this guy Utah Hockey Club is the Worst name for a hockey team.Its just So So So Boring and no Originality.
Again, it is just a temporary placeholder name until they announce the permanent name.

Yes, the Georgia Swarm. They originated from Saint Paul, Minnesota. And the Colorado Mammoth is the other team you are talking about.
