The problem is lack of financial education in our society. Schools don't teach us about finances, plus there're very few books out there that teach us about money. So I think most people don't know the importance of money generating assets. Education is the key

Let's add that most doesn't want to work at all if when you offer them job. I have to hire people from Togo which is unfortunate.
